Contemporary Wood Dining Table
Solid wood construction makes your Arcata Trestle Table durable, beautiful, and environmentally friendly. Using mortise and tenon joinery, your Amish trestle table is built to be heirloom-worthy. After applying the hand-rubbed stain you choose, our craftsman top coat the whole of your dining table with a catalyzed conversion varnish to resist water and wear. Nothing lasts longer or ages better than pristine, American hardwood. Choose from six responsibly harvested species and your table will be handcrafted exclusively from it. Geared slides allow your table top to open for up to four expansion leaves making the largest version of this dinner table appropriate for 10-14 adults depending on your spatial preference.Design the perfect, Amish-made Arcata Trestle Table for your home and add it to your online shopping cart today. I wanted to let you know that the entire experience and the resulting table have been fantastic! The table was customizable to my exact specifications, it was ready in half the time quoted, the delivery experience was well coordinated and carried out by a skilled furniture delivery person (no freight carrier), and the table is STUNNING and made with a more durable finish than any major online or brick-and-mortar furniture store…even those that are far more expensive.
Stunning Craftsmanship and Service
The Harcourt Contemporary Pedestal Table and the Chasten Dining Chairs are absolutely, utterly, completely GORGEOUS!!! I get this soft smile every time I walk by or sit down - still, after all this time. They're classically beautiful together. The curves. The wood grain. The craftsmanship. And the delivery was flawless. Polite. Efficient. Carefully intelligent. But back to the table and chairs - I mean it - they have become the centerpiece of the great room. And the stain is absolutely perfect.
We LOVE it!
We LOVE our new table and chairs! The quality and especially the finish work exceeded our expectations!

Exceptional!
I've purchased several pieces of furniture from COUNTRYSIDE Amish Furniture and have found all to be of exceptional quality from dining room tables and chairs to a bookcase and bedroom side tables. Great furniture, great store.
Review
The table and chairs are perfect. The wood and build quality are excellent; the size and color are exactly as described and pictured. I couldn’t be happier with my order.

I picked this table for two key reasons. First, you can sit anywhere and not bump your knees. Second, it expands to a whopping 15 feet long. This was the only table I found that satisfied both of those requirements, and I'm happy to report that it delivered on both. Resizing the table is easy, and it's so well made that no latch is required to hold the leaves in place. The legs have a nifty little adjustable foot, so that the table remains stable even if the floor isn't quite perfectly level.
Customer service was great, the delivery was easy to schedule, and assembly was quick. Overall, 5/5. I'm very happy with our purchase.
